Shuzzlab products were made local with craftsmanship, that’s why our products are affordable with premium quality.

The size chart we will provide on every products page. We suggest you can measure your own feet size through the size chart before you buy to avoid the return problems.

No, we do not offer any customization or embroidery in-house.

Payment Related...

After you add it to the cart, you need to fill in the billing details and address. We will show the shipping fees and products fees. Now you can make the payment through FPX/ E-wallet / online banking or debit or credit card payment.

All discount codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired. These discount codes are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases, the discount code can only be redeemed once per person in order and has its unique terms and conditions to allow fair redemption and distribution of discount codes to all of our valued customers

**Please note that excessive abuse or misuse of promotions and/or discount codes may result in order or item cancellation.

Single-use of phone number OR email is applicable for every 1 (ONE) redemption per transaction only for 1 (ONE) order.

If fraudulent/duplicate orders are found, only 1 (ONE) Giveaway/Free Product Redemption will be honored.

The voucher is non-stackable for all campaigns. The shipping fee is excluded from the Contest/Giveaway/Free Product Redemption/Voucher.

Shipment Related....

Delivery within West Malaysia will take 3-5 Business days, East Malaysia 7-10 business days once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the status of the item upon ordering after the order confirmation is sent via email.

Should shipping postal address or contact number provided be incorrect, whereupon re-route is needed, the customer shall bear the re-route cost incurred.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the order is fulfilled and processed by the courier provider for shipping.

We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. Right now, we offer free shipping for orders Rm50 and above and a flat rate of RM8 for orders below RM50.

*Orders that are being shipped outside of west Malaysia will range anywhere from RM10 – RM80. Please feel free to contact us if there is anything we can further assist you with.

Since the turnaround time on packages is so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend emailing us immediately at upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need. However, if orders are processed by our warehouse team, then , unfortunately, we will not be able to amend the said order.

Return and Refund Related...

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days from the day you’ve received your parcel. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with the tag still attached and not damaged). 

To return, please email us at with your order number.

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 10-15 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and for yDou to receive your exchange or refund.

As an online business, our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock, and demand from customers. In this case, we will not refund the difference.

Backorder Items Related....

Once items become available, our website will reflect the most up-to-date inventory details including any associated backorder restock dates. ​​​​

Yes, you can! To do so, please select the item, color, and size you would like then enter your email in the field at the respective product to be notified if the item becomes available again.

Once the item is canceled, the authorization of funds for the item amount will be released back to the original form of payment used on your order. Please note, although this is immediate on our end, it may take a few business days to reflect in your account based on your financial institution’s policies.
