Return or Exchange Period
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
- Your order number
- The reason for your request
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- A photo of the parcel packaging and shipping label, where applicable
Please wait for approval from our team before returning your order.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Clean and in their original condition
- Returned with the original box, packaging, labels and accessories
- Free from dirt, stains, odours, scratches or signs of wear
We recommend trying your sandals indoors on a clean surface.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and redelivery fee for size exchanges.
If the requested size is unavailable, our team will advise you on the available options.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted in the form of store credit, provided the item meets all return conditions.
Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Items that have been worn outdoors
- Items showing signs of use, dirt, damage or washing
- Items without their original packaging
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Complimentary gifts
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees, return shipping fees and other service charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by SHUZZLAB or a verified product defect.
Unauthorised Returns
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
SHUZZLAB will not be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address or returned without valid tracking information.
