We deliver throughout Malaysia so you can enjoy your SHUZZLAB pair wherever you are.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, campaigns or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping fee: RM8
Enjoy free shipping when you spend RM100 and above.
Sabah & Sarawak Standard shipping fee: RM15
For orders of RM100 and above, a reduced shipping fee of RM8 applies.
Estimated Delivery Time
West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
Sabah & Sarawak: 5–10 working days Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier’s tracking system to update.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your name, contact number and delivery address are correct before completing your order. Contact us immediately at hello@shuzzlab.com if you notice any incorrect information. Once an order has been processed, packed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible. Any additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may need to be covered by the customer.
Cash on Delivery
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid online during checkout.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your tracking status has not been updated for several working days, contact us at hello@shuzzlab.com with your order number. Our team will assist in checking the delivery status with the courier.
